Zachary Kopp
Co-Owner
Zach has over 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry as a Master Stylist and Educator at Juut SalonSpa in Minneapolis, the Beauty Bar Boutique, and his self-owned salon, Parlour Von Kopp in Wilmington. Zach specializes in precision hair cutting and specialty color with training from the industry’s best artists, including Aveda Lead Artists, Sassoon, Toni and Guy, and Wella.
Zach and his 3 children, Odella, Tallulah, and Smith relocated to Wilmington in 2016 and make it a priority to enjoy all the beach life that Wilmington has to offer!
Krystal Skelly
Co-Owner
Co-owner of Delphine and James. Krystal started in the beauty industry in 2006 and quickly gravitated towards the art of hair painting and coloring. Delivering in depth and detailed consultations, she achieves custom one of kind colors. Her favorite looks are beachy blondes, and bold reds, but is an expert in any color application.
Krystal moved to Wilmington from Minneapolis, MN with her husband and 3 boys in search of better weather and the beach.
Claire/Lead Stylist
Claire has been in the beauty industry since 2015, starting as make-up artist and Benefit Arch Expert for Ulta. She was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and moved to Wilmington to be close to family. She loves the artistic, small business driven side of the city. When she is not painting hair she is lounging with her cats or going through the racks at vintage shops.
Claire loves following color trends, like lived-in color and hand-painted highlights. She also has experience with creative color and corrective projects. Her confidence lies in her in-depth consultation, as well as building relationships with her clients to ensure they have the hair of their dreams.
Chelsea
Stylist
Come meet Chelsea, you won’t regret it. Her passions expand from bold, fun, vivid color applications to all over color or highlights. She is the best dressed with the most amazing style. Chelsea is girly pop candy, sweet little pookie, and is so inspiring.
Morgan/Stylist
Morgan is the salon balayage / hair painting expert. She makes her colors look effortlessly sun kissed. From melted natural looks, to intense reds, Morgan will perfectly match your new hair to your skin tone and face shape. Morgan is a soft spoken, patient, doggie lover- we just love her!
Kate
Stylist
Kate has been a hairstylist for 7 years. After sometime away, she and her husband have moved back to Wilmington and are excited to enjoy everything it has to offer. She loves all things blonding, vivid colors, and grey blending. Kate is most fulfilled making her clients feel beautiful and cared for. In her free time you can find her reading, on the beach, or catching up on horror movies with her two kitties.

Abby moved to Wilmington from Colorado, and we quickly realized how incredibly talented, smart and hard working she is everyday. She has “New Artist” pricing that is friendly for all budgets.
